FKT-9045A Automatic Luxury Rigid Box Assembly Machine adopts PLC and photoelectric detection technology, which can automatically complete the work of box feeding, gluing, box feeding, edge pressing, and forming without manual intervention. It is suitable for hard boxes with frames, book-shaped boxes, etc., and has a wide range of box making.

Applied for box assembly (bottom or without bottom): box in box assembly, frame in box assembly. It's a multi-purpose machine, help the customers to solve the problems of numerous and miscellaneous orders, small site etc. The machine adopts PLC control, servo drive, photoelectric detection and other latest technology, automatically complete many processes such as: case feeding, gluing, box feeding, assembly and positioning, side pressing and molding.
This machine is fully automatic and original structure design. It adopts two groups of push knife plate splitting mechanism. The contact surface between the shell and the bearing mechanism is small, which ensures that the shell does not deform and scratch. It is especially suitable for high-end products with high requirements.
Adopt linear module of synchronous belt to ensure high-speed and silent gluing, direct coating and side coating can be switched by one key, and the gluing is flexible. This machine is optional with hot and cold double glue system, to ensure no worry about opening glue in any environment. It can draw any shape (except arc).
A positioning platform is added to adjust the deformed inner box or frame and correct the deviation before positioning.
Using four comer box positioning, simple adjustment, no mold, save time and mold costs, auxiliary device to make deformation products on the machine production.
Sink type automatic support side and press, to ensure that the side pressure is completed within the time of glue dry, to avoid manual discontinuity, glue dry product gap is large, not beautiful and other defects, can press one side, two sides, four sides.
PLC setting: PLC is equipped with port, which can access the network at any time.
